This is very interesting to get a glimpse into how rag houses work. Kinda like "theres enuff pie for everyone to get a slice" kinda thing. Im sure Goodwill is making a good amount of money from this too since they become the initial "owners" of all of this before it gets moved down the line. I would LOVE to watch a documentary about the whole process from goodwill getting it to the deals they have in place w the rag houses all the way to the leftovers going overseas to wherever..its a whole world of operations ive only recently ever began to learn about. Im a wannabe reseller and my basement is becoming a bit of a raghouse...but more like the ones Jacob visited in Thailand. Time to start moving weight!! Thank you for the vid. You lose all credibility when you throw out the jealous argument as a reason. Maybe some UA-camrs are just narcissistic people with a massive ego. And sitting in front of a camera without anyone telling them what they are saying is wrong, makes them believe that what they say is gospel and they can never be wrong. Fact is, some UA-camrs are just awful people that should not be in front of a camera. (Not talking about you)

Cool that you are making an effort to get them back to the people who lost them. I recently read this thread in one of the buying/selling disc groups about someone who went diving for discs and where selling them without getting in touch with people who had clearly marked their discs, so I think it's a messed up thing to do for profits in that way. Like most players would probably give a few bucks to get their discs back, but seems like a really nice way to gain friends in the community and start building a bag if you are not afraid of returning the discs. If you are not using them yourself, I think it would be nice to donate them to new players or offer to lend them out at the sports library if you have one locally

How can they be raising prices because of resellers they are just paying what they are asking for the products! Goodwill has slowly gotten more and more greedy they have figured out every little dirty loophole or way to squeeze every penny out of their customers and employees, they are disgusting!

I think that when people leave negative comments they either aren't doing well in life , in business or just don't want to believe that someone else is making money without doing "traditional" work

I quit Soda at least 99% and rarely have a Root Beer, though it's my favorite. We use a Sodastream, which is simply carbonated water, and we only use filtered water from our well. It's made a huge difference and I've lost weight since! 🙂

There is an old saying, “those who can’t do, teach.” People see resellers shift their focus from recording the grind, to becoming a “celebrity” on YT. At that point, the reseller seems to become less motivated and genuine as a reseller, because they are now making more from videos.

Negativity and drama will never go away because that is what people want to see and youtubers know it. That is what people click on and it generates views and money for the creator. Much more than sunshine and roses. One person creates a video and then some creators get triggered, create a reaction video and so on and so on. Pretty soon, you have 20 videos all feeding off the same drama with everyone rushing to see who commented what about whom and who is fighting with whom. That is human nature and youtubers profit off of it. Like a mini reality show within the reselling community. It happens in all niches of UA-cam. It may be noble to want to change it, but try convincing all the people who earn their money by doing that, to stop. And then try changing human nature.
